Noodi Policy

Privacy Policy

How Noodi collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects account, verification, payment, content, messaging, and safety data.

Scope

This privacy policy describes how Noodi and Vallie Labs collect, use, retain, disclose, and protect information. Effective date: June 11, 2026. Contact: thenoodiapp@gmail.com.

Information collected

Noodi may collect account details, email, phone number, username, profile information, device data, IP address, login records, age affirmations, user role, messages, reports, support requests, content uploads, vault metadata, folder settings, subscription activity, payment events, payout status, tax status, audit logs, moderation records, and safety signals.

For creators and performers, Noodi may collect legal name, stage name, date of birth, country/state, address or tax residency, government ID information, liveness/selfie verification results, consent and release records, tax forms, payout details, compliance notes, reviewer decisions, and recordkeeping metadata.

Jumio and verification providers

Noodi plans to use Jumio or another approved identity provider for identity, age, document, selfie, liveness, fraud, and duplicate-identity checks. Jumio or the active verification provider may process government ID images, face images, videos, biometric-related data, extracted document data, fraud signals, and verification results.

Noodi may receive and retain verification results, status, timestamps, references, document metadata, fraud indicators, and copies or links needed for compliance, safety review, disputes, legal holds, and adult-content recordkeeping.

Payment and payout providers

Noodi expects to use MIDsource or another approved processor, gateway, bank, fraud provider, chargeback provider, and payout provider. Payment providers may process card data, billing data, transaction data, risk data, chargeback data, refund data, payout data, and compliance information under their own rules and privacy practices.

Noodi does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless a compliant processor specifically authorizes and supports that storage.

How information is used

Noodi uses information to operate the platform, verify age and identity, approve creators and performers, process payments and payouts, support subscriptions and vaults, moderate content, investigate reports, enforce policies, prevent fraud, comply with law, defend legal claims, support users, improve security, and maintain audit logs.

Noodi may use content and metadata to detect prohibited content, duplicate uploads, unauthorized performers, policy violations, chargeback risk, fraud, account abuse, and platform abuse.

Sharing

Noodi may share information with service providers, hosting providers, databases, storage providers, identity verification providers, payment processors, banks, gateways, fraud tools, content moderation providers, customer support tools, analytics providers, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, and parties involved in disputes or business transfers where permitted by law.

Noodi does not sell private creator content as consumer data. Paid content access is governed by creator settings and platform rules.

Retention and legal holds

Noodi may retain account, content, verification, tax, payout, consent, release, moderation, payment, and audit records as long as needed for platform operations, legal compliance, adult-content recordkeeping, payment disputes, chargebacks, tax reporting, safety investigations, fraud prevention, processor requirements, and defense of claims.

Deletion requests may be delayed or denied for records subject to legal holds, adult-content compliance, tax retention, fraud prevention, chargeback investigation, safety review, law enforcement requests, or unresolved disputes.

Security

Noodi will use role-based access, private storage, signed URLs, least-privilege admin controls, audit logs, and restricted employee access for sensitive verification records. No system is perfect, and users are responsible for protecting passwords, devices, sessions, and private content.
