Payments, Earnings, Refunds, and Chargebacks Policy
MIDsource readiness, paid access, 80/20 split, reserves, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payout controls.
Payment processor
Noodi expects to use MIDsource or another approved high-risk payment partner for creator-platform payments. Payment availability, settlement, fraud review, payout timing, chargeback handling, card network rules, and prohibited transaction rules are subject to the active processor, bank, gateway, and card network.
Creator earnings
The standard creator split is 80% creator / 20% Noodi. Noodi may lower its platform commission for eligible creators over time based on loyalty, tenure, volume, compliance, promotional terms, or written creator-program rules.
Earnings shown in dashboards are estimates until settled. Final payout eligibility depends on processor settlement, verification status, tax status, payout approval, reserves, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, and compliance review.
Refunds
Digital subscriptions, vault unlocks, paid messages, custom request deposits, and creator access purchases are generally final once access is delivered or made available, unless law, processor rules, or Noodi discretion requires a refund.
Noodi may refund duplicate charges, technical access failures, confirmed fraud, unavailable content, creator misconduct, policy violations, or processor-required reversals.
Chargebacks and disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in user suspension, creator payout reserve, creator balance offset, access removal, investigation, or account termination.
Creators may be responsible for chargebacks, penalties, refunds, and processor fees connected to their content, promises, misconduct, fraud, policy violations, non-delivery, or illegal activity.
Taxes
Creators are responsible for tax compliance. Noodi may require W-9, W-8BEN, payout account information, legal name, address, tax ID, and additional documentation before payouts. Noodi may withhold, report, or delay payments as required by law or processor rules.
