DMCA, Copyright, and Repeat Infringer Policy
Copyright notices, takedowns, counter-notices, repeat infringers, and anti-piracy duties.
Copyright ownership
Creators must only upload content they own, created, licensed, or have written permission to distribute. Stolen, leaked, pirated, scraped, reposted, or unauthorized content is prohibited.
DMCA notices
Copyright owners or authorized agents may send takedown notices to thenoodiapp@gmail.com. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material, provide contact information, include a good-faith statement, include an accuracy and authority statement, and include a signature.
Noodi may remove or disable access to reported content and may notify the creator. Creators may submit a counter-notice where legally appropriate.
Repeat infringers
Noodi may suspend or terminate users or creators who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly upload suspicious ownership material. Noodi may maintain a designated DMCA agent and copyright intake process for takedown notices and counter-notices.
Anti-piracy
Users may not scrape, record, download, copy, redistribute, resell, leak, watermark-remove, screen-record, archive, or train models on creator content unless Noodi and the creator expressly permit it in writing.
